I have enjoyed vacationing on the Outer Banks for over 30 years and purchased my first cottage in 1987 and successfully rented it each year to family and friends. I met my husband while visiting a friend that lived on the Outer Banks. I was a paralegal for a law firm in Richmond, Virginia for 30 years until I had the opportunity to move here to pursue my real dream of living on the Outer Banks and selling real estate. In 2004 I became the Broker-in-Charge of a small real estate and construction company along with the responsibility of decorating their homes. Since2006 I have been a member of the Beach Realty & Construction team of professionals. I believe that being a Realtor is more than just selling homes, it’s about helping people get the results they are looking for. It’s also about a relationship based on trust, knowledge and expertise, including the special aspects of buying and selling coastal properties.
