RICK DRUMM

        In the years before his move to the Outer Banks in 1992, Rick grew up vacationing in Nags Head and fell in love with the area. Rick is active in his church, plays guitar, a huge hockey fan and player, loves to travel, and embraces the lifestyle the Outer Banks has to offer which includes fishing, boating, paddle boarding, and relaxing on the beach.

Prior to Rick’s real estate career, he graduated from St. Bonaventure University in New York with a degree in accounting and worked as an Insurance Accountant in Boston, MA. His financial background has been an asset in assisting clients in purchasing coastal real estate.

Rick is a licensed Realtor and Associate Broker with Beach Realty & Construction and has been licensed in Outer Banks real estate since 1993 with over 30 years of experience specializing in representing clients in purchasing and selling single-family residences and income properties for all areas of the Outer Banks.

Rick has a vast knowledge of the Outer Banks not only with real estate but also with all that
the area has to offer such as the different school districts, neighborhood information, social and cultural activities.

    As a Resort Real Estate Specialist, he continually looks for ways to improve to better serve his clients. By earning the CRS, GRI, ABR CDPE, and CMP designations, Rick has the experience, skill and confidence to assist home buyers and sellers at all levels.
